My role

I work with funders, nonprofits, and public-sector organizations when evaluation results will be scrutinized by reviewers, auditors, policymakers, or the court of public opinion.

My work focuses on designing evaluations that can withstand that scrutiny, not merely satisfy reporting requirements.

How I approach evaluation

I design evaluations backward from how findings will be questioned, challenged, and used.

That means prioritizing defensible claims, transparent assumptions, and clear limits on what the data can support.

The goal is not to produce the most results, but more credible ones.
